Business is business regardless of the cultural background of the owner.

However, when there are underlying social issues and there are needs for social profits, role models and start up of micro businesses to act as seed beds for future generations, different outlooks and approaches are required.

I have worked with many different cultures and I realise now that for years I was far too ignorant of the richness of Aboriginal culture which is now shared so generously with me.
